A few minor changes to plotting & CPU core counting. - Now counting real CPU cores, not logical cores (will better reflect load as % of possible work that can be done) - Total plots are now in terms of a total percent, not CPU/memory hours (less messy) - Added optional minimum_resources_to_plot arg that drops users that have 0 timepoints below this resource load
