update query cache

add new frontend client using graphql and relay, get graphql schema at feature parity with the xrpc endpoints

update docs in api, extract system slice to env var, slice -> slices, and some other cleanup

add network.slices.slice.getSyncSummary xrpc and corresponding ui, shows a summary of the sync before syncing, limits to 5000 repos but can change via env var

get create,update,delete record routes working

social.slices -> network.slices

allow nsid as record key type

use redis for sync pub/sub if available

run sync in separate worker process, update fly.toml to support that
