Subject: [PATCH] Keep the blog index header left-aligned at every viewport

The unqualified compact block's align-items: end overrode the <=680px
media query's flex-start, so the stacked header right-aligned between
541px and 680px. The base rule already supplies align-items: end for
the row layout, so dropping the duplicate leaves wide viewports
unchanged and lets the stacked media queries left-align.
