Subject: [PATCH] Fix CI: set PKG_CONFIG_PATH for Nixery wayland pkg-config
 files

Nixery installs wayland packages in the nix store but doesn't set PKG_CONFIG_PATH, so pkg-config can't find wayland-client.pc. Set it explicitly in the clippy (bevy_ui) and bevy build steps by scanning the nix store for pkgconfig directories.
