Tick: audited wiki/mechanics/people-tokens.md (clean — carrier reads, USEFUL_WORK_TRUST, CarriedAssetTask, person_state_color, five named pins, and SAVE_VERSION 27 all match the spec) and acted on the stale doorway claim it exposed. Defense: the doorway is a current-state guardrail every session reads before setup; a "currently v26" line that save.rs contradicts misinforms every future tick.
