Subject: [PATCH] Add sphere record perspective retrieval method and enhance
 initialization logging

- Introduced `get_perspective` method to retrieve perspective text from the sphere record, with error handling for missing URI and record fields.
- Enhanced initialization of `RecordManager` to parse and log sphere URI components for better traceability.
