Subject: [PATCH] fix(post): render title-less posts as first-class content

Coves posts may legitimately omit a title, so drop the 'Untitled post'
fallback. Cozy/list views already show the body below the meta row;
compact rows now use a plain-text body excerpt as their clickable text
(new postTextFallback helper) so title-less posts stay scannable. The
detail page's document/og title falls back to the excerpt, then to
'Post by @handle'.
