Subject: [PATCH] fix(forms): apply required to textareas so validation is visible

TextArea accepted a required prop but only styled the label asterisk —
the attribute never reached the <textarea>, so required markdown fields
(e.g. community description) blocked submission silently with no
feedback. Apply the attribute, and surface the asterisk on
MarkdownEditor's own label too.
