Subject: [PATCH] web/components: attribute commits to the right profile

The commit rows were linking the git author name straight at /<Name>, which
is just a display name and lands on a 404. Commits made through tangled sign
with the did, so those now link to the profile (the route redirects the did to
the canonical handle); anything with a plain email address gets a mailto,
same as the commit log already does.
