the program will read the config file from .config.{ENVIRONMENT}.json, where {ENVIRONMENT} is the value of the NODE_ENV environment variable.

in the config file for the database path, you can use the special value {env}, and the program will substitute it with the value of NODE_ENV, e.g,. NODE_ENV=production; -> db.{env}.sqlite -> db.production.sqlite.
