## setup

the program will read the config file from `.config.{ENVIRONMENT}.json`, where
`{ENVIRONMENT}` is the value of the `NODE_ENV` environment variable.

in the config file for the database path, you can use the special value `{env}`,
and the program will substitute it with the value of `NODE_ENV`, e.g,. 
`NODE_ENV=production`; -> `db.{env}.sqlite` -> `db.production.sqlite`.
