Subject: [PATCH] Copy: switch "on the Atmosphere" to "in", vary with "the AT
 Protocol"

"In the Atmosphere" reads truer than "on" — you live inside the
ecosystem, you don't sit on top of it. Three instances flipped:
ExploreLanding hero body, the explore-static OG card description,
and the per-repo explore page metadata.

Also vary the catalog phrasing in two spots where "the AT Protocol"
reads more accurate than "the Atmosphere": the AT-URI naming aside on
the home page ("the universal identifier the AT Protocol uses…") and
the explore page's metadata description ("…across the AT Protocol").
The remaining ~dozen "the Atmosphere" / "Tour the Atmosphere" stays
as the brand-side phrasing.
