Subject: [PATCH] NotFoundPanel: drop self-padding, let the parent layout own
 the gutter

The panel was self-padding 2rem horizontally, but the explore routes
already wrap their content in container-narrow with the same 2rem
inset — so the not-found state inside the explorer was indented twice
and the text sat narrower than it should.

Drop the panel's own horizontal padding. The standalone /not-found
route adds a matching container-narrow wrapper to keep its own gutter.
