# Feed System Organization - Complete ✅

## What Was Done

### 1. Created `/feed` Directory
Consolidated all feed-related scripts and documentation into a single location:

Moved all secrets to `aesthetic-computer-vault` (private repo):

### 3. Updated DevContainer
Modified `.devcontainer/entry.fish` to automatically:
- Check for vault secrets on container start
- Copy `.env` to persistent location
- Export all variables globally
- No manual setup required!

Created comprehensive documentation:
- **README.md** - Architecture, API, troubleshooting (6.6 KB)
- **SETUP-SUMMARY.md** - Quick overview and setup (3.5 KB)
- **QUICKREF.md** - Command cheat sheet (2.5 KB)
- **DEPLOYMENT.md** - Worker deployment guide (2.5 KB)
- **channel-config.json** - Active channel & playlists (1.7 KB)

## How to Use

### On Container Restart
Nothing! Secrets are automatically loaded from vault via `entry.fish`.

### To Rebuild Feed

./build-feed.fish
```

### To Deploy Worker
```bash
cd /workspaces/aesthetic-computer/feed/dp1-feed
wrangler deploy
```

## Worker Location

The Cloudflare Worker source code remains at:

```
