 - CultureHub owes two answers on the rider sent 08-18: whether Sep 19 stays
   its own event or folds into Sep 24, and the room itself — Kalio layout,
   sixth-channel bandwidth, whether we can repatch during the swap, and whether
   the network allows outbound NTP, client-to-client ssh, app downloads, and
   booting participant laptops from USB.

 - 08-20 SIGGRAPH Asia Real-Time Live! (23:59 AoE) — GO/NO-GO, and it expires
   Thursday. Nothing drafted, and the six-laptop rig is not a proven stage demo
   until CultureHub runs it. Default answer is no-go; take the 2027 round.
 - CALI Futures ($5,000, due 08-28 at 11:59 **a.m.** PT — late morning, not
   midnight) — complete Submittable identity verification NOW. It wants a photo
   of a government ID plus a live camera photo, and it is the one step that can
   lock a finished application out at the cutoff.
 - CALI Futures — ask both references. CCI explicitly wants a beneficiary
   voice, so: one device-library participant (JS names them) plus Casey Reas.
   Each must be able to take a 15-minute phone call from CCI staff.
 - CALI Futures — build the one-page budget PDF from the table in the vault
   draft (it lands at exactly $5,000), trim the CV to two pages foregrounding
   current sector roles, and name the two California activations with venues.
 - James Castle House (two months, $4,000 + housing, due 08-28 23:59 MST) —
   pick the 2027 period. Recommend Mar 1–Apr 30; alternates Jun–Jul, Sep–Oct.
   Decide the two hard parts first: it is a solo residency with no companions,
   and it requires passing a background check. Then line up references and
   settle whether a resulting work must be donated.
 - Two rows have said "Verify" since April — ACM C&C 2026 and ICCC 2026. Log
   into the portals, confirm whether those submissions actually went, and sync
   grants/SCORE.md and the deadlines page to the answer.
 - mail@sotce.net is bouncing — eight-plus Delivery Status Notification
   failures since April, several re-referencing the same message-ids. Newsletter
   sends are not landing.

 - 09-07 Platform Dalí (€7,500 fee + up to €25,000 production) — the biggest
   purse in the cluster, and the draft is still the 08-09 v0.
 - 08-31 SAT × LAB7 (CAD $10,000, 17:00) — draft v0 from 08-09, not yet trimmed
   to the form.
 - 09-15 Embassy of Foreign Artists (CHF 1,400/month) — lands the day before
   load-in, so it has to be finished before build week starts.
 - 09-01 ICLC 2027 papers, performances, workshops (extended from 08-15).

 - 08-18  CultureHub technical rider rebuilt as a one sheet (8.5 × 12.1 in):
          a page per system with its own title graphic and system requirements,
          a diagram each, rewritten in the voice from papers/VOICE.md, and
          passing aesthetic-eye. Emailed to Mattie, cc Joo, with the PDF.
 - 08-18  CALI Futures draft rewritten against CCI's published application
          preview — nine sections, every capped field counted under. Guidelines,
          FAQ, budget template, and competitive-applicant examples cached in
          the vault at grants/cci-cali-futures-2026/reference/.
 - 08-18  James Castle House research + draft v0 written from scratch in the
          vault at grants/james-castle-house-2027/.

   limit on 05-02 mid-batch. Star-of-David version (from the prior pass)
   is still in place at papers/arxiv-machine-project/figures/cover.png.
   Action: bump the org limit at platform.openai.com/settings/organization/limits,
   then `node papers/bin/gen-cover.mjs arxiv-machine-project --force`.
   Prompt is already updated to the sunburst+curlicues (no star) version.

          converge on: ONE singular emblem, NO institution-naming text in
          the image, incidental product/manufacturer text OK. Memory rule
          captured at memory/feedback_paper_covers_emblem.md.
 - 05-02  All 14 arxiv-* paper covers re-rendered against the new
          STYLE_PREFIX; 13 clean, machine-project blocked above.
          Per-paper cover-prompt.txt files all rewritten as singular
          iconographic emblems (elephant spine, Greek temple, brass seal
          w/ lyre, hex pin w/ crossed iron+brush, brick arch w/ Edison
          bulb, ASCII-square index card, floppy w/ rhizome doodle,
          chalkboard schematic, Adjaye inverted stoop, Sony Portapak,
          stencilled 7" sleeve, pixel-burst badge, fraserin clenched-fist
          picket sign).
