Subject: [PATCH] whistlegraph.org: add Papers section; platter indexes
 whistlegraph.org

Site gains a Papers group: the Whistlegraph arxiv paper (+ cards/translations)
and seven aesthetic.computer papers that substantively discuss it, all
papers.aesthetic.computer links verified. Platter README now lists the live
whistlegraph.org archive under Standalone site.
