Subject: [PATCH] pals: 30 turnarounds, --cheap mode (fast tier, 4s) and a
 duration flag

17 more pals published: 8 at the standard tier, 9 at the fast tier with
4-second spins (Seedance's minimum; 3s is rejected). av-clay-terra was
dropped for a background jump mid-spin.
