Subject: [PATCH] lacma-2026: bump grant-video + poster cache-busting to v=2

CDN edge was serving a stale 18 MB version under ?v=1 (from an earlier
partial upload). S3 has the correct 39.6 MB file; bumping to ?v=2 pulls
the fresh asset through the edge cache.
