Subject: [PATCH] drvkforlife.com: hand off to Shopify

Loretta's project will run on the existing "Dr. VK for Life"
Shopify store (xbq1m1-qa.myshopify.com). Remove the lith
placeholder + Caddy route; the Cloudflare zone DNS now points
at Shopify (A -> 23.227.38.65, CNAME www -> shops.myshopify.com).
