Subject: [PATCH] ac-electron: grant clipboard permissions to webviews

navigator.clipboard.readText() inside the AC webview was silently
rejected, so the TextInput paste button in prompt/chat did nothing in
the desktop app. Wire setPermissionRequestHandler +
setPermissionCheckHandler on defaultSession and every webContents'
session to approve clipboard-read / clipboard-sanitized-write /
clipboard-write.
