The headline is that 92 GB had accumulated with no record of it anywhere: false.work alone is 35 GB in 55 objects, private/pop-workspace is 23 GB in 11,951, and roughly half the prefixes still have no note. Now they are at least all visible, which is the precondition for deciding what is worth keeping. Also registers today's push: culturehub-la-2026 grant material, the vhs-jeffrey-ac-os campaign drafts, and the aesthetic-network-map report went to private/vault-workspace/ with --acl private, matching the existing private/ precedent rather than the public assets:sync:up path.
