Subject: [PATCH] oskiewar: flat figures by default, photographs back on the
 Xbox

Fighters draw as flat shapes hung on the pose's joints everywhere now;
?flat-figures=0 or globalThis.oskiewarFlatFigures = false brings back
the rig's figures. The theme default goes back to photographs: flat
never touched the ground or walls, and the Xbox's controller legend
lost its button art without the theme's sprites.
